Q1.  What is the return policy for Curvaceous Boutique, LLC?

Curvaceous Boutique is quality a conscience business; therefore if you are not 100% happy with an article of clothing, you are able to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order from the post office.  An online store credit will be issued via the email you provided with your order. Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for processing. NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS

 

Q2.  Which items are eligible for return?

You may return unworn, unwashed, & unused items within 14 days of the shipping date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Items must have all tags attached and be in the original condition. Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup, snags, etc., we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return item(s). Curvaceous Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return attempt that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

 

Q3.  What items are final sale?

Clearance items, shapewear, jewelry, handbags, other accessories and items purchased from certain promotional sales are final sale items.  Final Sale means that no changes can be made. If you return a final sale item, we will not issue a store credit or refund and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

ITEMS STAMPED FINAL SALE NO RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates (Store Credit/Merchandise Credit) are final sale no return or exchange

 

Q4.  Where do I send my returns?

All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages. We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS.

 

Q5.  Can I get something sent to me in exchange for my returned item so I don’t have to pay shipping again?

We do not do online order exchanges.  Items often times sell out before we receive customer returns and for our records a new order would need to be made. 

 

Q6.  What is Store Credit? How does it work?

When returning any item from an online purchase we will issue an online store credit to the email provided to us from the order.

In-Store returns will be issued store credit via gift card or customers can use their return amount towards a new purchase the day of.

 

Store credits never expire. We will not replace any form of store credit if it's misplaced or lost.

 

All purchases made with partial or full store credits or gift cards are FINAL SALE.

 

Q7.  Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments?

Curvaceous Boutique doesn't offer any form of refund, exchange or price adjustment. (If a promotional sale is going on during the time of your purchase but you do not use the promo code to receive the sale we cannot adjust the price.)

Please have the item part number and/or name READY when calling otherwise we cannot assist you until you have them.  If you are calling about an order please have your order number READY before you call. (Order numbers resemble AB-#####)

 

Q9.  I refused the package or there was an issue with my address; can I get a refund?

If your order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue a refund.  Instead, a store credit will be emailed to you. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and urge you to insure your order as this will provide you with recourse with the postal service.
